Our Signature Eco-design Team will use an eco-friendly approach to innovative architectural, land planning, and master planning, that promotes environmentally sustainable developments.
Our ecological sustainable designs for the master plan and site plan road and infrastructure will focus on minimizing environmental damaging impacts by integrating itself with the natural processes and assuring the sustainability of the ecosystems, and improving the habitat of the wild life.
This is possible by focusing on a thorough understanding of the property original soil and climate, topography, and the land natural surroundings, and providing solutions that takes into account natural soil characteristics, ground permeability and water retention, weather conditions, topographical land shapes, natural drainage creeks, and water consumption.
We will respect all wild life zones and corridors, and integrate it into the development.
